The sale and supply conditions and the hire conditions serve different purposes. For a hire, request the complete applicable hire pack, including the quotation, hire schedule, acceptance documentation, supplementary conditions and any referenced CPA conditions. The supplementary conditions above are not a complete standalone hire agreement.
The applicable terms and order of precedence are those incorporated into your contract. Downloading a document or making an enquiry does not itself place an order or confirm equipment availability. A later website update does not automatically change an existing contract.
